Anyone thinking that the Big Box stores are the place to go for carpeting should do themselves a favor and visit Carpets Galore in Grafton. Not only do they have an excellent selection to pick from, their pricing is great and their assistance and installation is exceptional. We were very pleased with the help Steve gave us in selecting our home carpeting, and our total experience at Carpets Galore. Steve also went the extra mile and helped out with a flooring situation at my business location. You often don't find that kind of customer service. A local 5 star company in my experience!

Staff was knowledgeable and worked with us to get the best flooring for our budget. They offered a number of options and provided pro's and con's based on our lifestyle and family. Installation was excellent. We plan on returning to CG when we are ready to change our kitchen flooring.
